The Gene Vance Jr Foundation only intends to raise money for survivor/patient care associated with the treatment of wounded military personnel, first responders, survivors of terrorism and children who suffer from catastrophic injuries. You are helping to pay for costs not covered by insurance or available to the survivor, support initiatives and programs of the Gene Vance Jr. Foundation.

 

This may include urgent care/support costs for the survivor/patient. These costs may include education, transportation and accommodation of the survivor and their family receiving treatment as well as adaptive housing and medical equipment.

In the case of "invisible injuries" like PTSD and TBI that could result in suicide, these costs may include mental health treatment.
